Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Universal Bit 8023U

A fantastic bit for the all-rounder horse, the Universal with a tranz-angles lozenge basically helps to give the rider some control, without being harsh on the horses mouth. So, although it keeps the mild mouthpiece, it uses other pressure points to regain authority, yet still be completely comfortable for the horse, this means it is the perfect step up from a snaffle. We've found this bit is really useful if youre doing faster paced work, like showjumping, and need that extra discipline when it comes to upwards and downwards transitions, and for the lengthening and shortening of strides. The bit gives you four different rein options, and we offer the 16mm mouthpiece version. Always try out a new bit in the prescence of an experienced friend or trainer as you cannot always factor for how a horse will react.

**Ask your trainer's advice before changing your bit, they have the experience to suggest what might work best for you and your horse.
