Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to undertake any activity that may damage, disrupt or interfere with its operation.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, customer accounts, systems or data.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where necessary to prevent fraudulent, unlawful or harmful activity.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes and prices are accurate.
However, product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and manufacturers may occasionally update product specifications or packaging.
Product availability is subject to stock levels, and placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
For products involving horse or rider safety, including riding helmets, body protectors and specialist equipment, customers should ensure they select the appropriate size, fit and specification. We recommend seeking professional fitting advice where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers made available at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal and other supported methods.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order. Where we cannot fulfil an order at the displayed price, you may choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
We do not store your complete payment card details on our website.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order or notify you that your order is ready for collection.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including insufficient stock, a pricing error, payment difficulties or suspected fraudulent activity.
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.
6. Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations, subject to availability and the delivery options shown at checkout.
UK Delivery
Eligible orders over £75 qualify for free next working day delivery, subject to applicable geographical restrictions, product exclusions and delivery terms.
Heavy, oversized or specialist products may incur additional delivery charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or agreed with you before dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days of entering into the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You will be informed if an order cannot be dispatched within the expected timeframe.
International Delivery
International delivery availability and charges depend on the destination and the products ordered.
Where applicable, customs duties, import VAT and local processing charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Please review our Delivery Information page for further details.
7. Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service from our store at Silkstone Common.
Customers selecting collection will be notified when their order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation and suitable identification when collecting your purchase.
If somebody else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us beforehand.
Collection times and availability will be confirmed during the order process or in your collection notification.
8. Returns and Cancellation Rights
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, most consumers purchasing goods online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
If you cancel under this statutory right, you must notify us within the cancellation period and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You may inspect goods as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction for any resulting reduction in value where permitted by law.
Certain products are exempt from the statutory cancellation right, including items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal requirements for the exemption are met.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for return postage costs.
Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund payments due, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.
We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to the applicable legal provisions.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For full instructions, please refer to our Returns Policy.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Your purchases are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and how long you have owned them.
Consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. Additional legal remedies may apply after that period.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can help resolve the issue.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
10. Product Safety and Suitability
Equestrian activities involve inherent risks, and customers should use products in accordance with manufacturer guidance and appropriate safety standards.
Riding helmets, body protectors, saddles and other specialist equipment should be correctly fitted and maintained.
Customers should inspect equipment regularly and discontinue use where damage, excessive wear or safety concerns are identified.
This guidance does not exclude or restrict any responsibility we may have under applicable product safety or consumer protection legislation.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, special offers or voucher codes.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or limits on how many times an offer may be used.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law, without affecting orders already accepted under the promotion.
12. Customer Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or maintain website security.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Personal information may be used to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, prevent fraud and manage your account.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and marketing rules.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and the website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify website functionality or content where reasonably necessary.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where the law provides otherwise.
For purchases made by consumers, our products are supplied for domestic and private use. Business purchases may be subject to separate terms agreed with us.
17. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided we comply with our legal obligations.
Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action or major service outages.
Where such circumstances materially affect your order, we will contact you and explain the available options.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect legal, operational or website changes.
The terms applicable to your order will normally be those in force when your order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
The latest version will be published on this page.
19. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory legal protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
