At Throstlenest Saddlery, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely and reliably. We offer next working day delivery to eligible UK addresses, free delivery on qualifying orders over £75, and a convenient Click & Collect service from our store in Barnsley.

1. UK Mainland Delivery

Our standard UK mainland delivery charge is £5.95.

We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery on eligible orders over £75.

Delivery charges and available services are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode, order value and products purchased.

Certain remote locations and bulky or specialist products may be subject to additional charges.

2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, on the same working day, provided items are in stock and payment has been authorised.

Orders placed after 12 noon, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Next working day delivery refers to the expected delivery time after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

3. Free Delivery Over £75

Free next working day delivery is available on eligible orders exceeding £75 after applicable discounts.

The offer applies to qualifying UK mainland delivery addresses.

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote or offshore locations may be subject to different shipping charges and delivery times.

Heavy, oversized and specialist products may also be excluded.

All applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Remote and Offshore Delivery

Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands

• Northern Ireland

• Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• Channel Islands

• Other remote destinations

The delivery options available for your postcode will be displayed at checkout.

5. Click & Collect

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our store:

We will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect your purchase.

Bring your order confirmation and suitable identification when collecting.

6. Heavy and Oversized Products

Some products, including bulky stable equipment and specialist equestrian items, may require alternative shipping arrangements.

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the size, weight and destination.

Any applicable delivery charge will normally be displayed at checkout. If an additional charge is necessary, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the order.

7. International Delivery

We may offer shipping to selected international destinations.

Available countries, delivery charges and estimated times depend on the destination and products ordered.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT and local handling charges unless checkout clearly states these are included.

8. Delivery Times and Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed, as required by applicable UK consumer law.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you.

Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

9. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is missing, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
